help you to take the practice anywhere you'd like. We only suggest a reasonable level of fitness for students who
would like to take our Vinyasa or YogaStrength classes. In these classes, you'll sweat and the teachers keep the
students moving, for most of the time. Please talk with us if you have any questions about any of our classes,
and we will recommend a class for you. In all classes, please remember, it’s YOUR practice. Your best teacher
resides within you. Please listen to your body at all times and adjust your practice to suit your needs.
