Astanga Yoga  (Heated room-80 degrees)
Astanga is a strong, intense system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009.
This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a precise, effective series of postures—a process
producing powerful internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.  After just a few
classes, you will see and feel the results of this powerful system.  Why you need it: You’ll experience
determination, concentration,  increased physical stamina, a light, strong body, and a calm mind.  If you like to
sweat, find your center, breathe deeply, and gain strength, join us.  This is a strong practice.

Core Yoga
Core Yoga from a Body-Mind Centering® perspective brings you into your body & helps you find internal support
and connection.  Where is the core?  It might be more than what or where you think it is.  Come on the quest
with us through asana exploration, pranayama & embodiment, and discover core support, core strength, home
base. Using heart, brain, spirit, and laughter, that gut feeling we've all felt... Come home. Desire and connection
on Thursday mornings.

have changed during pregnancy. There is a focus on the core muscles, as well as poses that calm the mind.
